Innovation and Durability Combined

At AGC Metals, we specialize in providing the best valves and pipes to our customers. Valves are crucial for controlling the flow of various fluids, such as gases, liquids, and slurries, within a system. We offer a broad range of valves that are tailored to your specific needs and operating conditions. Our experienced team is always available to provide guidance on selecting the best valves for your system.

Gate Valve

Gate valves are used to fully open or fully close the flow of fluid. They are not ideal for regulating flow because they tend to cause erosion when partially open.

02

Ball Valve

Ball valves use a spherical disc to control the flow of fluid. When the valve is open, the disc is rotated to allow flow, and when closed, the disc is perpendicular to the flow, blocking it entirely.

03

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valves have a circular disc mounted on a rotating shaft. When the valve is open, the disc is parallel to the flow, allowing it to pass through. Closing the valve rotates the disc perpendicular to the flow, shutting it off.

04

Check Valve

Check valves allow fluid to flow in only one direction. They prevent backflow, which can occur when the pressure on one side of the valve becomes greater than the pressure on the other side.

Other Types

Globe valves regulate flow by raising or lowering a plug or disc against the flow path. They are commonly used for throttling applications where precise control is required.

Globe Valve

Needle valves have a slender, tapered point at the end of a valve stem. They provide precise control over flow rate and are commonly used in instrumentation and flow metering applications.

Needle Valve

Pressure relief valves are designed to automatically open and release pressure from a system when it exceeds a set limit. They protect equipment and systems from overpressure conditions.

Pressure Relief Valve

Diaphragm valves use a flexible diaphragm to control flow. When the diaphragm is raised, flow is allowed, and when it's lowered, flow is stopped.

Steel Spring

Carbon steel valves are durable and commonly used in applications where corrosion resistance is not a primary concern. They are suitable for moderate temperature and pressure conditions.

Stainless Steel Pipes

Stainless steel valves offer excellent corrosion resistance and are suitable for a wide range of applications, including those involving corrosive fluids or high temperatures.
